Back at it
So I had to take some time off from the gym last week, between teething monster baby and allergy-sick boy. So today was my first day back at the gym since last Tuesday. I have to say, it feels pretty good!! I opted for Zumba instead of KettlebellKick so that I might actually be able to walk in the morning! Tomorrow is spinning and PowerFlex (weight lifting), and Thursday is the weigh-in for the Biggest Loser competition I joined in January. I highly doubt I'm in the running for any prizes, but I have lost 12.5 pounds since the beginning of January (12 for the competition), which is 6.4% of my bodyweight!! That's not too shabby, yanno? Ideally, I have another 15.5 pounds to lose. But I know I can do it, if I just keep working at it! The new, slim, healthy me is on its way!!
